The Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) form
Instructions for filling out the FPCA *Item 3. “Voting Residence,” means your home address in Iowa. This is where you lived, not the polling place where you went to vote. Use this address even if no one in your family still lives there.
Proxy Absentee Ballot Request Form A family member who lives in the same county as the active duty member of the military or overseas citizen may submit this absentee request form (out-dated). Military and overseas voters do not need to be registered to vote before the election. A registration is also included on the absentee ballot envelope.

You may register to vote if:
- You are a citizen of the United States.
- You are a resident of Iowa.
- You will be at least 18 years old on or before election day.
NOTE: If you are 17½ years old, you may register
to vote, but your registration will not be effective
until your 18th birthday.

If you move within the county where you are registered
to vote, you may change your address before the
close of registration:
