The Black Hawk County Democratic Central Committee plans events to raise money to fund it's self and to raise awareness of the Democratic Party and its core values. It plans the the party's county convention; recruits, assists and promotes the election of local, state and federal Democratic candidates; maintains a campaign headquarters during the election season, and works with local party organizations, elected officials, candidates, and constituencies to respond to the needs and views of the Democratic electorate throughout the county.
